On holiday and my tooth broke. They were amazing how they were all friendly. The price was great. The dentist spoke english and really advised me well⭐️

I had a great experience with Dr. Adrian during my wisdom tooth extraction. The tooth was in a complex position, and I was quite anxious due to a previous traumatic extraction of a similar tooth in India. However, the procedure was incredibly smooth—there was minimal bleeding, no large cuts or stitches, and virtually no swelling afterward. Dr. Adrian’s expertise and care made all the difference. I am very grateful to Dr. Adrian and the nursing team for their excellent care and support throughout the procedure. Highly recommended.

My wife and I were visiting from overseas and only in Cologne for 2 days. My wife chipped her tooth on the first night in Cologne and when our hotel reception called Dr Langenbach's dental office for us the next morning they were able to fit us in immediately for an urgent appointment. All the staff were super friendly, very helpful, and were able to explain everything to us in English. It was also very reasonably priced. We couldn't be happier with the service, thank you so much!

My first visit to the dentist in Germany. It was a great experience. The receptionist and the dentist, Dr. Christian Ramroth, spoke perfect English and were friendly. The check-up was very thorough and the dentist took time to explain everything and recommended certain follow-up procedures (without too much pressure). The clinic is located in the centre of Cologne so it is quite easy to get to. The equipment appears modern and clean. Highly recommended!

English speaker here. By far the best dentist experience in my life. The staff was amazing, very kind and professional. My procedure was not the easiest, as I was removing two wisdom teeth, one of which was growing horizontally and had to be broken into pieces. Dr. Lanenbach was very open about the whole procedure and I really appreciated being informed on the progress as he was going. The office is very comfortable, with a TV on the ceiling so that nervous people like me can find a way to relax :) 100% recommend to anyone. English is not a problem.
