I can wholeheartedly recommend this place. I needed to size the bracelet on my Casio MR-G. I tried to do it myself but the pin-and-collar system posed a particular challenge. To me, of course, but not to the watchmaker who did it in five minutes at Die Uhrenmacherei. Professional, fair prices and service with a smile (even in English!). I know where I'm going for straps, bracelet sizing and repairs in the future. Merci !

Great work, great communication via WhatsApp. Mid way they realised my watch needs a revision, rather than a simple repair. The guy who is working on it finished the job on his birthday to make sure it’s ready for me in time and I got a price much below the normal revision price. 🙏🏻

[Update in response to the owner]: You are not here to judge my personality, you are here to fix [and not damage] my watch. I asked you to fix the date handle, you simply couldn't! I asked you how that bottom will be fixed? You said probably you need to send it to Casio! Yes, I smiled at you, to respect you as a polite human being, and the reason I left a comment here was to let others know you are not a pro in G-Shock [And not a polite person, obviously!]. My watch was completely correct before I bring it there. Before I give it to you I asked several times, that are you sure you can fix it? So, now, do you accept that you damaged it? Do you take the responsibility to fix it by your cost? If yes, I am courage enough to bring it there, and after having my watch fixed, I will remove this comment. ----------------------------- Never bring your G-Shock there! I brought my G-Shock for a battery change and asked them are you sure you can do it correctly? They said Yes! But not only they couldn’t, but they damaged my watch as well and couldn’t fix it again! I couldn’t trust them to leave my watch there. Need to send it to Casio and pay for something that was not broken before.

Super fast, reliable and trustworthy repair service. Took my Casio here twice and had no problems. Took it somewhere else when they were closed for renovation and it took weeks and was expensive.

UPDATE: would just like to reiterate my continued satisfaction with the services here !Since my review below 1 year ago, I have returned to get my jewelry cleaned, and to get my very delicate and expensive sunglasses fixed (again) and want to express my gratitude and appreciation for everybody who works here. This is the best and only place to take your valuables to in Berlin. Highly trustworthy guys with great personalities and incredible quality of service!! [Old Review] Fantastic quality of work done in a very (veeery!) short period of time! :) I took my two sunglasses and chain-belt here at around noon after reading through the reviews, and having now picked them up this same evening, I could not be more happy with my overall experience! My vintage Cartier's were rejected by 4 sunglass repair shops, where I was told that reparation would certainly break/destroy them. As can be seen in the pictures, they have a very delicate frame and were totally disfigured from being sat on. The master did an amazing job, with them basically sitting better now than before. The white Alain Mikli sunglasses, from which the arm fell off (can see some leftover tape from my own attempt to 'fix'
