DeutschAkademie Sprachschule

I’d like to start by sharing some background. I had previously more or less completed an A1.1 course at another branch of a known language school, but in a different city, and unfortunately, I finished the course feeling very disappointed. The pace was far too slow, there were too many students in the classroom, and some people seemed more interested in slowing the class down than actually learning. Overall, I felt that the money had not been well spent. Later, I went twice to ask for information at one of this school’s branches here in Cologne, at Neumarkt. On both occasions, the way I was treated was extremely disappointing. The second time in particular, I left promising myself that I would definitely never go there again. I understand that the teachers probably have nothing to do with the receptionist who assisted me, but for me, and I repeat, FOR ME, at this point, was already a definite no. The first thing I would like to highlight about DeutschAkademie is the customer service. The first time I went there to ask for information, I was assisted by Felicia. Honestly, she was so friendly, professional and helpful in every possible way that all the other language schools I had

Deutschakademie is amazing I completed 4 courses with them and now I’m on my fifth course, and I always had great experiences with each of the courses. The courses are very flexible you have many options, the books with work with most of the time are great, it’s really a good school to learn with and I improved so much. The teachers amazing Martin and Sabine they were really good and my new teacher seems to be great too and have a great pedagogy too, I’m looking forward to it !! The platform is great and easy to understand, the company is well organised if you have any problems they will do their best to satisfy you, the customer service is on top ! I 100% recommend !

I have been attending the courses at DeutschAkademie for 3 months so far and I have learned so much with the intensive courses! I feel more confident to make small talk in everyday life! My teacher Anna is also amazing! Very nice, helpful and great at teaching! And last but not least the customer service when I had a question was super helpful and very fast to answer and resolve everything! Highly recommend!!!

I have had a very positive experience with DeutschAkademie so far. They offer extensive support and lessons to fit your needs, as well as the flexibility to study on site in various cities across Germany or online. I have completed A2.1 and I'm almost through with A2.2, both online. Also plan on registering for the next level. I find it really helpful to work alongside other people who are at a similar level, in groups small enough so that we can all have some individual support, too. Our teacher, Frau Dorothee Herr, explains everything very clearly and takes us all in a good pace, helping us and answering to our (sometimes tricky) questions. I am quite happy with my investment and experience, would definitely recommend!

I’ve been attending courses at this school for about six months now, and I can honestly say I’m very satisfied. I’ve taken both online and in-person classes, and in both formats I found the teachers to be highly skilled and always supportive. I truly believe this is an excellent choice if you need to learn German in a short amount of time. Highly recommended!
