I have sensitive nails and I wanted to remove Shellac nail Color, which can easily be removed through Shellac polish remover. They used machine filer even though I kept saying its really uncomfortable for me and requested Shellac remover. Eventually in the end they used a remover for last couple of nails. I don't understand, if they had it, why not use that in the first place?? After this the attitude was really rude, the Manicure was rushed, there was no moisturising or hand massage in the end. It was unbelievable.

Nails are perfect, durable...and the girl made them fast and almost painless. The communication with customer could be better, that's why 4/5 stars.

I would not recommend this nail studio to anyone. The pedicure was very bad. The employee was in a rush and the treatment was done without any care. Also the worse shellac ever. Tried to kindly communicate about the nailpolish and then the employee got very rude and started yelling.
