Adding to the already terrible reviews of the brand. Stay away from it I own multiple cybex products among other baby brands and the quality is just subpar. There are cheaper brands that offer 10 year warranty and cybex not only offers 2-3 years warranty, also its products finishing leaves a lot to wish for. Our Cybex Gazelle Stroller was sent for repair four times since purchasing it end of 2023. Our ePriam had a handle peeling after 3 years of occasional use. The system also keeps on disengaging so we have to reset it every time we use it. It’s just outrageous that the bronze is premium prices on product that are far from premium

Hello Cybex Team, im the biggest fan in Albania for your brand. I have a baby store in Vlore, Albania. Im intersted for your stroller to have retail, im always upgrading myself with every info from Cybex, models, accesories, quality etc.. im very very intersted 🙏🙏🙏. I tried one time but somone who is for balkan was always busy like ( i will text you, ill call you later, i will send you some files to describe your store and conditions ) Please consider my request as I promise that the importance that will be in my hands and the advertising will be perfect for Albania. I only need the right to resell from you, and I request this right directly from the company regardless of your procedures. Again, I am the biggest fan as a seller of all the things that newborn babies and their room need. Thank you. ®️

Very disappointed with Cybex customer service – and this is already the second time I’ve had to deal with an unhelpful response. We bought all our products from Cybex (stroller Gazelle S, car seat Cloud Z i-Size, reboarder Sirona G i-Size, and all Isofix bases), so we have already invested a lot of money in the brand. Unfortunately, the service experience does not match the premium price point. Problem 1: Gazelle S Stroller Leaves and small debris constantly get caught in the stroller’s fenders, which leads to loud noises and even occasional wheel blockages. When I contacted customer service, I was simply told that I needed to clean it. But you cannot seriously expect parents to fully clean a stroller after every autumn walk. For a product in this price range, I would expect a better design solution or at least a more helpful and understanding response. Problem 2: Cloud Z i-Size Infant Seat The harness was twisted, and I tried to fix it myself with good intentions. I loosened two screws to straighten the strap, which unfortunately caused a spring to come loose. I sent it to Cybex for repair, hoping for some goodwill or at least a fair solution. Instead, I received a repair estima

How can such a big company work in such an unprofessional and terrible way? I ordered a stroller, a cup holder, and a rain cover because we were going on a trip that weekend. After placing the order, a few days later they shipped the package to me, but they only sent the rain cover and the cup holder — the stroller was missing. We were extremely angry because we had already paid but did not receive the stroller. We then had to spend a large amount of extra money to go to a local store and buy another one. Of course, after this experience, I will never choose any product from Cybex again. After many emails complaining about this issue, we returned the cup holder and rain cover, and after 1–2 weeks we finally got our refund. But the most expensive item, the stroller, was only delivered 1.5 months after the original order. Can you imagine how furious we were? Naturally, we refused to accept the delivery. And now, it has been 2 months since then and I still haven’t received my refund for the stroller. ⚠️ I strongly warn everyone: do not order directly from the official Cybex website, unless you want to end up frustrated and disappointed.

There appears to be a widespread structural defect in the Cybex Eezy Twist 2 model, specifically involving a critical chassis component that breaks off across multiple units, posing a serious risk of injury as children may fall. A large-scale legal action is currently being prepared to urge the manufacturer to issue an official product recall.
