As a new cyclist and new to Germany, I was quite cautious about buying my first bike here, but the owner of this shop is extremely knowledgeable and kind and friendly. Would go back again for all of my bike needs.

The staff went above and beyond to get my achsle replaced on my gravel bike so I could attach a trailer. Service is good, quick and professional.
