Absolutely horrible experience here. I've been here twice, and the first thing I say is, "I'm sorry, I don't speak Deutsch," and they immediately give me an unfriendly look. The first time, the lady spoke English to me, which I appreciated—even if she looked annoyed. But the second time, another lady simply continued speaking German very fast. I said, "I'm sorry, I don't understand you," but she kept going in German. I asked, "Can someone else help me, please?" and she said no. I understand it's not convenient for people to speak another language, but I'm trying and I'm being polite and respectful. I just wanted some kindness and respect from public workers. Hopefully, they can be more open to people who are learning Deutsch.

An amazing, top notch experience, very friendly and accommodating staff. As an English speaking individual I was nervous when I went to the branch for an address registration but to my utmost surprise I got to good hands, an English speaking staff by name Frau Ritter. What an amazing and accommodating personality she is. I say a big thank you to this woman and I recommend this branch to everyone who needs quick service and friendly environment. Bravo to the entire staff

Had a great experience there. Went there on Monday without an appointment, the whole process was done in an hour (Including wait and processing time). The lady (Frau Müller) who handled my application was nice and spoke English though her English wasn't good.

I had went couple of times for city registration and update marriage status. It was really nice staff and helped me by taking in English.

Its quite busy. So if you dont have an appointment you have to be there before 0700 otherwise the wait time is approx 3 to 4 hours
