About Braustelle

Liebe Gäste,

bei uns gibt es seit über 20 Jahren handwerklich gebraute Biere aus Köln-Ehrenfeld. Frisch gezapft oder in der 0,33 l Flasche gibt es Helios, Ehrenfelder Alt, Colonia Pale Ale und Pink Panther sowie limitierte Abfüllungen weiterer Spezialbiere. Im ständigen Wechsel haben wir auch verschiedene Bierspezialitäten am Zapfhahn, im Barrique gereift, mit Kräutern verfeinert, hopfengestopft oder mit Frucht vergoren. In unserer Küche setzen wir auf Nachhaltigkeit. Der beim Brauprozess entstandene Malztreber wird auch für das täglich frisch gebackene Malztreberbrot verwendet. Das Brot wird auch zu frischen Semmelknödeln verarbeitet. Wir freuen uns über Euren Besuch in der Braustelle.

They have craft beer, I was amazed considering how difficult it is to find IPA and a few more tasty beer types in the menu, that are not very common in Germany. Recommend it!

Pretty sweet little micro brewery in Cologne. They had some great options for beer that you'd get elsewhere in town either. The Beertender was super cool and had great notes for each of their beers.

Unfortunately, the shakshuka was rather mediocre. It was quite dry and overwhelmingly dominated by beans. The promised feta was barely noticeable, and the eggs on top were completely overcooked and dried out. The goulash was decent and enjoyable enough, but it did not particularly stand out. On the positive side, the beer selection was excellent and definitely worth highlighting. There was a great variety to choose from, which was the strongest aspect of the experience.

Hands down my new favorite bar in Cologne! While everything here is great, the service is next-level. I’ve never seen such proactive, polite, and attentive staff in Germany—our drinks were always topped off. They don't even have formal training; they’re just genuinely happy to work there, and it shows. The food is also delicious. My friends and I are officially regulars!

When I went to Cologne, this was the only brewery and I will be honest... this was the best I have tasted in my years of traveling. Great atmosphere and service. Would recommend.
