Just had to buy a new piercing for my septum, it was quite busy in the shop but the staff helped me very quickly regardless. They were very accommodating and friendly. Nice collection of products too. Can recommend! 😁

The cleaning liquid they provide is alcohol based, which should not be used on fresh piercings (only saline solution). Additionally, they did my piercing at an angle, and it has accordingly after one year not fully healed. I went to them with a piercing bump which they just popped and gave me antibiotic serum for, not noticing that it’s misplaced. I also received incorrectly shaped jewellery that likely caused this issue in the first place (pierced with a ring instead of a stud). It was the only option.

Great and fast service, walked in without a booking and walked out less than 30 minutes later all done. The piercer helped ease my nerves and made me as comfortable as possible. Strongly recommend!
