Ich war an einem Montag Vormittag im Geschäft, es hat ordentlich ausgesehen. Alles sehr übersichtlich NUR das mit dem Grüßen muss noch gelernt werden! Außer mir war kein Kunde im Laden, man hat mich angesehen aber nicht gegrüßt! Erst als ich dem Verkäufer im Wege stand, dann kam ein Hallo! Ich muss sagen dass ich mir sehr wohl etwas gesehen hätte, bin dann woanders fündig geworden !

Leider bin ich vom Rückgabeprozess enttäuscht. Mir wurde ausdrücklich eine Rückerstattung des Kaufpreises zugesagt. Stattdessen habe ich nun ohne weitere Information nur einen Gutschein erhalten. Das entspricht nicht der getroffenen Vereinbarung und dem beworbenen Rückgaberecht. Der Service war in dieser Hinsicht sehr unzuverlässig.
