Also die Mitarbeiter sind ganz nett und der Kaffee ist auch gut aber bis jetzt hatte ich keine gute Erfahrungen mit den Backwaren. Nach meiner Meinung wirkt es immer so als wäre es noch vom Vortag. Die Croissants z. B. Sind so labbrig. Auch die Brötchen waren bei meinen Einkäufen immer so trocken…

Immer wieder gebe ich diesem Bäcker eine Chance und ich werde einfach immer wieder enttäuscht. Super trockene pappige Crossaints und Brötchen. Der Kaffee ist gut aber den Rest kann man leider vergessen. Es schmeckt jedes Mal so als ob die Backwaren schon 3 Tage alt sind. Sehr schade!

Liebes Schmitz-Nittenwilm-Team! Ich möchte heute mal ein dickes Lob für euren tollen Service da lassen 😀 Ihr Verkäuferinnen seid super und zaubert mir immer ein Lächeln ins Gesicht, wenn ich vorbei komme! Immer freundlich, gute Stimmung (nicht nur an Karneval) und stets ein nettes Wort auf den Lippen. Da macht Brötchen kaufen Freude! Am besten schmecken, meinem Geschmack nach, die süßen Backwaren, die Bagels und das Laugengenäck! Beim Brot und vor allem den Brötchen darf das Management gerne nochmals die Rezepturen angehen. Mehr Geschmack und Feuchtigkeit würde da nicht schaden. Am Service liegt es definitiv nicht, falls die Ware nicht über die Theke geht 😉 Noch ein Hinweis ans Management bzw. Marketing: Die Bäckerei sieht mit ihrem Schriftzug auf der terrakottafarbenen Hauswand schick aus, geht optisch jedoch völlig im Wohnhauskomplex unter. Würde sie mehr auffallen (vielleicht durch einen Wimpel oder etwas anderem Beweglichen), würde sie sicherlich noch mehr Kundschaft anziehen.
