beautifully designed shala and all the rooms, nice welcoming atmosphere, vegan cafe with many tasty treats. but the most inspiring for me is the personal approach from Ronald and the teachers, designed specifically for your needs and wishes, does not matter if you are an advanced practitioner or a starting one, young, old or currently with injury or less energy. everybody is welcome there and gets a personal appraoch.

I really like this school! It has many options from traditional ashtanga to therapeutic or aerial yoga classes and teacher trainings. Highly recommend! Great staff and good vibe!

A very nice Yoga Center, where you feel always welcome, with full heart. During the Yoga Hours you can really feel yourself “in the flow” and just enjoy the different sequences. And after the Yoga Hour, you can relax, eat something really healthy and delicious and spend your time with other fellows in a relaxed and warm atmosphere. So if you are in Ulm, do not miss the opportunity to visit it.

This institute is a very professional Yoga Center. Here you can find professional teachers with a high passion to yoga practice. They have a very high level of knowledge regarding Yoga and posture and if your practice is more spiritual here you can find even your space. Kumiko with her beautiful voice and love for teaching will assist you during the class. She is one of the many amazing teacher of the Institute. I am so grateful I discovered this Yoga Institute and all the people and teacher I meet every day. I am new in ULM but in AYI I can find always my self and my home. Thanks AYI you keep me healthy, safe and loved.
