I came to Auto Pichert after an accident with my Toyota (registered in Austria), where the other party’s insurance was in Germany. Because of that, it made sense to bring my car to a German Toyota service. From my very first visit, the team impressed me: they immediately called an appraiser to evaluate the damage and arranged a replacement car for me. During our discussions, they suggested I might consider buying a new car instead of repairing the old one. At first, I wasn’t too interested, but I took a look in the showroom and noticed a brand-new car at a very attractive price for its model and features. When the appraisal came back showing the repair costs were equal to the car’s value, it became clear that buying new was the better option. I told them I was interested in that particular car, and they offered me a fair buy-back value for my old one. Although the price of the new car itself wasn’t negotiable, they kindly agreed to add extra features and perform the service for it. The purchasing process was quick and straightforward. My dynamo lichtmachine broke in the highway. I brought my car here and they repaired it in a few hours. I had to pay 1500 euro, BUT i got my own desk to work with coffe and tea.
