Doctors were very patient with my lack of German language and with some back and forth and translation tools the appointment was great

Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team um Frau Dr. Mascher! Immer sehr kompetent, nett und freundlich. Stark besuchte Praxis, mit OP Abteilung. Oft langes Anstehen vor der Anmeldung. Zwei Aufzüge, wovon meist einer defekt ist. Langes Warten darauf ist klasse. Parkplätze nur im Parkhaus. Vor dem Ärztehaus ist parken oft nicht möglich. Parkplätze für Schwerbehinderte (mit Ausweis) sind vorhanden. WC ebenso.

Wenn es 6 Sterne gäbe, würde ich auch diese geben. Besonderen Dank an Fr.Dr.Mascher, bei der ich seit Anbeginn ihrer Tätigkeit in Adlershof in Behandlung bin. Demnächst wird eine "Linsen Op" anstehen, der ich gemischt entgegensehe. Mit einem Auge, was funktionieren soll und muss, mach ich mir meine eigenen Gedanken. Das Los eines Frühchen, wo die Sehfähigkeit leider nicht so ausgebildet wurde. Dennoch vertraue ich Fr.Dr.Mascher und ihrem Team, das alles gut werden wird. Ein dickes Lob an die PraxismitarbeiterInnen, die allesamt kompetent und freundlich dem Patienten gegenüber stehen. Danke!

I’ve never experienced such ill-treatment at a medical facility before. The Sehschule doctor was extremely rough with my child — using physical pressure and forcefully putting in eye drops even when my child clearly asked to wait. It was honestly torturous to watch. When I raised my concern, I was told, “The person has been here for a long time, if you don’t like it, find another doctor.” GOOD JOB.. Such a lack of empathy and professionalism is shocking, especially when dealing with young children. I hope the clinic takes this feedback seriously and ensures that kids are treated with patience and care.
