Mr; Biereder is a very nice and helpful person. He has answered all our needs in a very kind and efficient way. He is very service oriented. I strongly recomment him.

VERY unprofessional service repair. They let go customer with damaged parts after "service repair". Even I insist on changing brake pads, they didn't change, despite board computer required this change!! After two months they charge half of the service with explanation this is what they did good and they will finish in after three months. Really, big disappointment for me how this kind of work can be tolarated by AUDI authorities, specially in Germany.
