Just a very short time after placing my work experience on StepStone, I was 'cold' contacted by Petra Land-McGraw, Expert Permanent Placement at Adecco Personaldienstleistungen GmbH. She had a very specific job in mind, which seemed to match my interests. Just three nice conversations later, I was hired! Mrs Land-McGraw offered all the support I wanted or needed regarding interview preparation. She seems to have understood both her client's needs and my needs very well. She was very invested in the success of every part of the process, both for her customer and for me as the placement. Now that I have started at my new company, I am honestly VERY pleased. I met all of my job search goals with, I am almost ashamed to say, minimal effort. I have worked directly for Adecco in the past as a temporary employee, which I thoroughly enjoyed - the variety and flexibility - the freedom to take on more or less as my time and family allowed, and the friendly support I received from Addeco throughout the process. It was interesting to get to know Adecco again in a new way, this time as a permanent placement agency. Thank you Mrs. Land-McGraw and thank you Adecco, and thank you to my new
